Forum Rules

In order to proceed, you must agree with the following rules:


  1. All posts must be written in English. If you do not understand english, post it in your language and put "REQUEST TRANSLATE FROM [name of your language] TO ENGLISH. Put this phrase in english so the mods and admins understand your request. You should also "report" your post and any moderator or admin will translate it for you. Some languages we have no one proficient enough to translate so we will use online translators on some languages, which may or may not be accurate.

    Don't spam/abuse any other member via e-mail or Private Messages.
  2. Keep your posts on topic. Exception applies to the Off-Topic forum where anything goes as far as topic discussion as long as rest of forum rules are followed.

  3. DMS Interactive Web has adopted an absolute ZERO tolerance to spamming in any form. You can be permanently banned on the first attempt at spamming these forums. Note that 3 off-topic posts in quick succession (or close together) is regarded as blatant spamming IF links are in the signature and will result in a permanent ban.

  4. Absolutely no inflammatory language is permitted. If you attempt to flame another member you can be banned from that thread or banned from the forum.

  5. No profanity or obscene language or pictures is permitted in any blog or forum post or comments. We reserve the right to determine what is appropriate for this website and what is not.

  6. Links in posts or profiles to adult oriented websites is expressly forbidden.


  7. Always pay due respect to moderators and admins. Disrespecting them can result in an infraction or a ban.


  8. If you are not a moderator or admin, do not attempt to moderate a post or comment. Instead report your concerns to a moderator or admin.


  9. Post count minimums are in effect before you can post links or images in your signature or in your posts. You also can't do things such as post visitor messages or send emails to members until your post count reaches a certain level. These standards will be adjusted to account for spam received. You will receive a notification dialog if you do not have the right post count to do a function.


  10. We would rather you NOT diss a competing product in these forums. We DO want to know how OUR products excel and we want to earn it on our own grounds, not at the expense of others. Posts which diss a competing product will be deleted and infractions awarded.


  11. Trolling is outlawed here. If you want to do that, bear in mind that that will also be your user title when a moderator or admin determines what you are doing is trolling. You will also gain infraction points in increments of 10 pts minimum.


  12. Free speech comes with responsibilities. It is not absolute. Here we do not interfere with free exchange and statement of ideas and opinions, as long as it's done under common sense rules of civility and mutual respect.

  13. Register only one account and one account only. If you accidentally create multiple accounts, notify an admin immediately. If you are caught with multiple accounts, it is an infraction that can result in a ban depending on the circumstances.
